The purpose of this document is to outline the performance of dedicated digital networks in terms of a reference model. End-to-end performance from NI-to-NI with performance allocated for NI-to-INI (access) and INI-to-INI (transit). Included are test parameters and test duration for standard SONET Line Rates.
