ATIS TCIF-99-008

This document specifies the Telecom Non-Repudiation Inter-ORB Protocol Service (TeNoRIOP), which provides security functionality at the application layer both within a single ORB domain and between multiple ORB domains without dependency on a vendor implementation of the CORBA Security Service.
