AS ISO/IEC 21000.3-2004

Adopts ISO/IEC 21000-3:2003 which defines an open framework for multimedia delivery and consumption to enable transparent and augmented use of multimedia resources across a wide range of networks and devices used by different communities by defining a uniform and flexible abstraction and interoperable schema for identifying the structure and makeup of Digital Items.
